You need to take one with your breakfast and another one in the afternoon with a meal, so 2 a day. This means that the tub will last for 2 months. They are capsules, rather than tablets, which I find easier to swallow, although these are quite large capsules, so I need to push them right to the back of my throat and take a large drink of water, but it's not a problem. I think that they are very low odour and tasteless but I don't have the best sense of smell.

I have been a fan of MSM for years for its anti-inflammatory effects, and always keep some to hand. Some of the glucosamine and chondroitin supplements I have used also include an element of MSM too - but in too small a quantity to really have any beneficial effect. Although research is still ongoing, there is a decent amount of evidence in the public realm to suggest that MSM can have a beneficial effect on joint health. It could be purely coincidental, but since I have been using MSM in additional to other supplements, I do get the impression that it is having a beneficial effect. And taking 2 capsules per day works out at around 23p per day (based on the current price of 13.64 for 120 capsules) as an additional cost, which doesn't seem too excessive.
