Me estn ayudando bastante para la ansiedad. Hay que tener en cuenta que aunque sean comprimidos naturales, no lo suelen recomendar tomar junto a otro tratamiendo ansiodepresivo. El aadido de vitaminas ayuda a darle un empujn al cuerpo, sobre todo si se sufre de prdidas totales de apetito por cuadro de ansiedad. Las capsulas no son muy grandes y no se hace dificil su toma. Me ha parecido muy bien el que vengan en bote de vidrio. Deberan de aprender otras marcas a usar menos encases de plstico.
Lo nico que son muy grandes, cuesta un poco tragarlas, adems como se ve son pastillas no cpsulas De momento comentar que las ha estado tomando mi mujer, que tiene el estmago delicado, y no le han hecho nada de dao, as que se pueden tomar con total seguridad, esto no te va a dar ninguna reaccin. Vienen precintadas para irse a la guerra, con plstico, precinto, algodn... vamos que hasta que llegas a las pastillas tienes que atravesar varias capas, supongo que eso denota el cuidado con el que han tratado esto. Y el resultado, pues la verdad es que bueno, me recuerdan a unas pastillas ansiolticas que me recet el mdico hace tiempo, esto es ms o menos lo mismo. En situaciones de estrs prolongado, van bien, quieras que no algo te relaja, y la sensacin de momento genial, es un remedio natural pero que acaba relajando, as que bajo mi experiencia personal (hemos tomado unas cuantas entre mi mujer y yo) pues muy recomendables, ayudan a liberar un poco de ese horrible estrs y nervios diarios
