Got these to help support immune system for throughout the winter. Try and keep away any winter viruses. Vitamin C is to support nervous system as well as immune system. The capsules are easy to swallow with no strong taste. Experienced no negative side effects. Would recommend

When taking vitamin C, as I regularly do for its

When taking vitamin C, as I regularly do for its reputed immune system benefits, I look for a higher strength 1000mg but if I can I go beyond that. As vitamin C leeches readily from the body after ingestion, I like vitamin C supplements to also include if possible rose hip, as this one does. Rose hip is not only rich in vitamin C of itself, it also aids the absorption of vitamin C. This Osavi supplement contains 1000mg of vitamin C, rutin - a citrus flavonoid - and rose hip. The opaque ****-topped pack I received has a long Best Before date of the end of September 2024 and the 180 vegan capsules here represent a 3 month supply at the recommended 2 per day daily serving size. This good quality GMO-free, gluten, lactose and soy free supplement is EU-made for a Polish company. I have tried a few Osavi products and been consistently impressed by the quality, potency and price. But the labelling too is most impressive. The label here is not overloaded with print and the key on-pack information is printed in black on white - very easy to read despite the small print. At 11.36 at time of writing, I'd recommend these - and shall be getting them again.

The pills are quite large, but surprisingly easy to swallow. Does not have that chalky taste as some other supermarket vit C tablets has. 1000mg is a decent dose. Whatever that Rutin does I do not know, but I take this purely because of vitamin C.
