Nehme es gerade mal knapp ne Woche muß aber sagen das ich höchst begeistert bin von der Veränderung, was Stress level angeht und vor allem daß dadurch bedingte Verlangen nach Süßigkeiten. Kann auch an der Kombination mit Rosenwurz liegen.

Using ashwaganda all the time, so I tried this supplement before. It's perfect for for me as it gives a variety of benefits to your body such as helping to reduce stress and anxiety, as well can help with your performance at the gym and most importantly for me it might help to boost testosterone, and a variety of other benefits. As well it has some vitamin B12 which can help to keep your energy levels up. You get 60 capsules which will be enough for 2 months ( which is really good for the price ) as the recommended daily intake is 1 capsule. Overall good supplement , for a good price which for me at least gives some benefits.

This is a lovely quality supplement from a trusted source. The capsules are smooth and easy to take. The supplement contains standardised ashwagandha root extract and vitamin B12. I can already see that it’s starting to help with relaxation. I’ve taken ashwagandha in the past and it’s definitely helped, so I was happy to try this 400mg dose from a supplier I’ve used several times before.

These are easy to take brown capsules which smell a bit like oregano but are essentially tasteless. I wanted to try these to help with relaxation at night and sleep. It may be unrelated but the first couple of days I took them I felt quite odd and spaced out but this didn't last long. So far I'm not convinced they are helping with sleep and relaxation but they may need more time. At around £9 for 2 months supply they are probably ok value if they work for you.
