I have used a variety of different supplements from this company I like the fact that they are made in the EU... Come nicely packaged and simple to take... You can trust the quality of these products.... Easy to swallow and no aftertaste....

Good food supplement. Easy to swallow. No bad smell or bad taste. Worth the price.

I have used other products from this company and like them very much. You really need about 2000 mg of C a day but 1000 is fine and a great help .C is essential for us and I like it because it builds connective tissue and is so great for my skin and ligament. At the moment this is about 12 which is great value for 120 capsules or 4 months supply a C with bioflavinoids. The bioflavinoids are very importation when taking C .They help the body use the C well and contribute greatly . It is much better than C on its own.. Really this seems a perfect way to take more C daily. I find it good and like it a lot and feel very safe in recommending it. Did you know that we are the only animals that do not make our own vitamin C in our bodies? So taking it is a must for our bodies to work well.

The large plastic tub arrived with an inner tamper-proof seal, and was approximately 2/3 full. The capsules are fairly medium-large sized, and the dose is 2 per day to give 1000mg. The ingredients list Vitamin C (a great start, lol), and citrus bioflavanoids, with 200mg of fruit extract (which I'm guessing is the ingredient that contributes to the 2 active components already listed). They're vegan and are quite soft - not a hard shell rammed with solid contents. I could detect a vague taste when swallowing with water, but nothing much. There are 120 in the tub and at 2 a day, aren't perhaps the cheapest for a high dose (perhaps if you're feeling run-down or need a boost?) but for day to day "maintenance", perhaps one capsule would do, which makes them much better value.
