Method One Pro Whey is a 70% whey protein blend. We focused our formula primarily on the renowned whey protein concentrate (WPC). WPC is derived from grass-fed cattle, it™s a fast digesting, instantised once mixed and easy to flavour source of whey protein. Pro Whey is relatively low in carbohydrates, fat and calories. WPC contains adequate amounts of branched chain amino acids and essential amino acids. Within the world of sports supplementation, it is usually the go-to ingredient to help with muscle building and muscle recovery. Pro Whey is most suitable for those seeking lean muscle mass. An ideal choice of protein for pre and post workout, without the additional carbohydrates or calories, as Pro Whey only contains 125 calories per shake and comes in an array of great tasting flavours. This is an area we pride ourselves in, when exploring different flavour options that are available to us internationally. Direction of use: Mix 1 level scoop (approximately 30g) with 250ml-300ml of chilled water. Shake well in your shaker cup and consume with a 30 minute period. For a creamier shake you can replace water with milk.
