I'm a recent convert to oral vitamin sprays. This is a multivitamin version from BetterYou, especially good if you have trouble swallowing tablets or soft gel capsules. You get a combination of vitamins A, C and D with minerals Selenium and Zinc in a pleasant orange and peach flavour. Unlike others I have used for a vitamin D top up where you only need one or two sprays in your mouth (on the inner cheek), with this you have to spray five times a day. These can be taken at intervals or at the same time. I take Vitamin D (3,000 IU) and Zinc during the winter months to boost my immune system as I don't spend as much time in the sun. Worked really well recently as I had to fight off a chest infection. This pack will last about a month and is a good size to slip in a bag or pocket. Suitable for vegetarians but there is no mention of vegan's in the instructions as far as I can see. Contains sweetners (steviol glycosides) which I know doesn't suit everyone. I will certainly use this oral spray and would be happy to recommend it.

A wonderful way to get your vitamins in you without taking conventional pills which I personally hate. The packaging is made from plant based plastics and its also palm oil free and suitable for vegetarians. It's got a very pleasant taste without any aftertaste and it is all in all a brilliant product.
If you're not a fan of taking pills then this supplement is for you. It's vegetarian friendly, a huge plus for me as it can be hard to find good quality veggie supplements. You spray 5 pumps to the inside of your cheek. It does have sugar in (which I can tell as it's very sweet) but the flavour is actually quite pleasant. It has all the good stuff to support your immune system; vitamins A, C and D and has some extra minerals like zinc. All in all, a great product, I recommend.
