I've tried many pre workouts before and this flavour is probably the best one i've had, caffeine starts working 15-25 mins after drinking it.

The supplement comes in a powder form, which is easy to mix with water using a shaker. Upon first trying it, the most noticeable aspect was its sweetness. The taste, which is quite artificial, was fine for my husband, but I found it a bit overwhelming and will need some time to adjust to it. In terms of performance, we did have a noticeable boost. I managed to extend my time on the elliptical by an additional five minutes, and my husband felt he could push himself to do more reps than usual. This suggests that the combination of ingredients like Beta Alanine, Caffeine, Dynamine, and Teacrine in the supplement is effective in enhancing workout endurance and energy. After doing some research on the ingredients, it seems that they are well-suited for the intended purpose of providing an energy boost, so we plan to continue using the supplement to further gauge its benefits over time. Overall, I'm cautiously pleased with the supplement for now. However, the overly sweet taste does detract slightly from the overall experience for me. Therefore, I'm happy to rate it 4/5.

This is a good pre-workout supplement - it gives you that familiar sensation of tingling skin that I always associate with this type of supplement - not as severe as some (which feel like you're covered in bees) but definitely gives you an extra boost when weight training. The taste could be better (hence 1 star removed), but then this is a functional pre-workout drink, not a cup of Earl Grey tea!

I've tried various pre-workout powders or gels and have varying results and I was hoping that this one would have made a noticeable difference but to be honest whilst I think there is some effect it's not that great. I've been taking the recommended amount in water about 30 mins before various exercise or workouts such as running or racket sports and I think it gives me a little edge initially but it wears off quickly. As for the taste, I've been taking the Strawberry watermelon flavour and I have to say I really like it as it tastes quite fruity with no unpleasant after taste, but I don't think I'll be investing in this brand again as it's quite pricey for the quantity and little effect.
