Beast Pharm Hydro 360g (Cranberry)

One of the most important things when it comes to drink supplements is the flavour because whilst it can do what it says on the tin, if it doesn't taste right, then it doesn't sit well in your stomach and that can ruin a workout. The lemon sherbet flavour is incredible; it has a sweet taste with a slight sharpness and importantly, no gritty texture. I also feel like it does the job intended well. Great stuff.

I was excited to try this new Beast Pharm range, designed with Eddie himself. HYDRO - Is packed with with proven ingredients providing a great formulation of electrolytes and minerals which will help keep you hydrated all day long. Taste - 7/10, not much of a cranberry taste, but not gritty or chemical tasting like some supps. mixability - 10/10, I mixed in 350ml...no problem, dissolves in seconds and ready to drink. Will definitely use again.

I like this one. The cranberry flavour tastes really good and mixes well with the recommended 250-350ml of water. The ingredient list is very clean (with explanations for what everything is) and it has standard nutrition information for carbs, sugar, calories, etc. in addition to mg/ g quantities for each ingredient per 100g and for the 6g scoop size. This has 1.4g of sugar in a serving, and that's actually less sugar than a 250ml serving of coconut water. It seems like one of those frivolous products to get, if you haven't tried it. Essentially it's an electrolyte formula, with coconut water, beetroot, grapeseed extract and cranberry. You could probably get similar effects by consuming one of those things, but this powdered version is handy and quick to put together; I look forward to having it after a workout (although, you could have it at any point in the day). You get 60 servings here and if used only on days that you actually exercise, should last a bit longer than two months. For around 30, it's not a terrible deal, but one of those things to consider adding in after getting the basics right (lifting, nutrition, hydration, sleep).

As a fan of Eddie Hall, I was eager to try his Electrolyte Powder. It's been especially helpful on busy days or during workouts, keeping me hydrated and reducing feelings of fatigue and cramps. I do like the flavour as well, it's very nice and one of the best that I've had to date. However, it's important to be mindful of the maltodextrin content. I recommend diluting it well to avoid consuming too much at once, which can spike blood sugar levels. Overall though, it's a really high quality product and an effective way to stay energised and hydrated throughout the day.

The mix dissolves easily in water, eliminating any gritty texture, and the flavor is subtle yet refreshing. I appreciate the balanced electrolyte profile, providing a noticeable boost in energy and hydration without the excess sugar found in some alternatives. It's perfect for post-workout replenishment or combating dehydration during busy days. Overall, a reliable and effective electrolyte solution that keeps me recharged and hydrated. Happy to recommend.

The lemon sherbet flavour was really nice and it's a great way to get your electrolytes and minerals. Mixed fairly easily with water. I'm on a very low carb diet and didn't realise that this was 1.9 carbs per serving and contains maltodextrin so unfortunately this isn't ideal for me but it did also gets the thumbs up from a family member who has found it beneficial to take with him to the gym.
