ALLNUTRITION IRON SR is a dietary supplement in the form of prolonged-release capsules, based on iron, folic acid and vitamins C, B6 and B12, dedicated to pregnant women. Iron helps in the correct production of red blood cells and haemoglobin and in the correct transport of oxygen in the body.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress, while folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Iron bisglycinate is well absorbed by the body. Chelation of iron increases its bioavailability, meaning the body can absorb this nutrient effectively. It is considered a safe ingredient and has a low toxic potential compared to some other forms of iron, such as iron sulphate or iron oxide.Supplement Facts:

Bulking agent: cellulose, starch, iron (ii) bisglycinate, capsule shell (gelatine), vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), filling substance: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glazing agent: shellac, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin)
Iron SR RECOMMENDED USE:
One serving of the product (1 capsule) should be taken once a day with water, during or after a meal. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule). Use after consultation with your doctor. Do not combine with other products containing folic acid and iron.
WARNINGS: :
Product intended for people over 18 years of age. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a diversified diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Always close the packaging after use.
Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of young children.
