Jarrow Formulas MCT Oil, 1000mg - 180 softgels

As someone who is recovering from SSRI damage, this stuff gives me some relief.

I have been taking MCT in an powdered form that was just super hard to drink down... I am so excited that this comes in a pill form! I usually take MCT in the morning to give me a boost to wake up from my zombie state... My husband and I are consistently on the go, have 2 children, and by the end of our days we collapse into a 5 hour coma and it starts all over again- needless to say, we are not getting nearly enough sleep. I noticed that MCT helps me wake up better than coffee does... I am unsure about weight loss benefits since I have not experienced that yet... perhaps, with a proper nights rest, weight loss may happen.

Normally when I review supplements, it's hard to tell if they work because I've not taken them for several months to see a result. I therefore review them on the basis of they don't have any side effects when I take them and the ingredient list is not toxic. That said I've been taking this for a few weeks and as a shut in for the current bad weather, I've not been getting a lot of exercise and most of the time feel kinda blah. These seem to help with that, I've felt motivated to do laundry, and sort and shred tons of old bills and such that accumulate when I'm on a contract assignment. I feel lighter walking around even when I've been sitting too long. My arthritic knee seems better too, although that could be the joint juice and other supplement I take for that. I don't find any bad ingredients and like I said before no side effects except maybe a hunger reducer. I've had to give away some of my holiday pies and Christmas cookies because I did not feel like eating them, I've gone more with pot roast, ground beef dishes, and my slow cooked ham. I couldn't even finish a plate of spaghetti, even though it was perfectly cooked with a nice marinara sauce. I had to toss half of it in the trash. I've lost most of the holiday weight, I gained around Thanksgiving and have no desire to over indulge. Which is a good thing because when I'm between assignments I tend to gain weight, especially in the winter. I like this formula, I can't say it increases my brain power, I've no test for that but it does make me feel better and not overeat as much. Recommended.

This is an extremely convenient way to take MCT oil and very useful when travelling. We have been been on a Keto journey for a few years now and MCT is a powerful player in helping us not only reach ketosis but it provides energy and helps fuel the brain quickly because it crosses the blood-brain barrier. Taken before going to the gym helps get me through my whole routine and keeps me from feeling week or puny afterwards. MCT oil in general is an important part of my daily routine and these soft gel capsules are just as effective as the powdered and liquid forms we usually use. We use a number of Jarrows supplements and have always found them to be very high quality. These are easy to take and don't cause any side effects or unpleasant belching experiences.

I have been using Jarrows MCT oil for some time to support weight management and digestion. The introduced the gel capsules in May 2017 and so glad they did! Taste is a personal preference and I just couldn't take the oil form and I am not a huge fan of taking straight up coconut oil. This is a great alternative, capsules. Only one capsule as the serving size with 180 capsules in the bottle, a 6 month supply. Since I can't have dairy, which is where you find a good supply of MCT, supplementing my diet with MCT is critical. Jarrows is one of the primary brands that I use most often, including their Yaeyama Chlorella, Co-Q-10, Organic Brown Rice Protein, among others. Great quality products that don't break the bank. The capsule is large but since it's a gel cap, slides down easy.
