Quite a premium product I would say. Lots of good gut bacteria plus vitamin D. What's not to like?

I have been in the supplement business for a number of years. I am always on the lookout for new interesting products. Digestive issues, gut problems and GI tract irritation are becoming more and more common. Such issues are linked to our poor diets of processed foods, food depleted of goodness from soil that is lacking in minerals, the lack of certain traditional spicy food that our grandparents ate, which helped their digestion. More and more research is linking poor immunity to problematic digestion. Keeping the digestion in good order can also help prevent painful problems such as diverticulitis, which becomes more prevalent as you age. This product is based upon sound alternative supplemental principles. It contains a Prebiotic, 12 strains of ProBiotic, selenium, chicory and vitamin D. Vitamin D has proven qualities to calm an inflamed gut. Large doses will help conditions such as diverticulitis. It is essential that anyone suffering from gut issues takes a strong form of D. Selenium is a trace element that has been shown to modulate gut microbiota composition and ameliorate intestinal mucositis. Selenium, therefore, helps to restore the gut balance. Chicory is an inulin fibre and so acts as the PreBiotic. A PreB is needed. It is the sort of fertiliser that makes the ProB work. Finally, you have the 12 strains of ProB's with 10 Billion CFU's. This is not the strongest tablet I have tested, 50 Billion is the strongest, but it is still very good. The big problem is knowing with strains are missing from your digestive tract. This is why you get 12 strains. So the makeup of this product is very good. So does it work? I have taken it as directed. I have digestive issues and it certainly calms my stomach, releases the gas and improves the feeling in my intestines, which can get irritated. It is a little like a natural Buscopan in what it does. Do I recommend it? Yes, it works well and you can soon feel the benefits. Recommended.

This arrived in perfect condition with a seal intact. I have to admit that my diet isn't perfect, and I'm also on p you put these 2 factors together, they have a negative effect on my digestive system. When using supplements, it isn't always obvious if they are working; sometimes, you have to take it on faith that are doing what they promise. By using this product, I've noticed a positive result; things seem to be working a little better without any obvious side effects. They seem to offer a gentle solution. Obviously, the results will vary, and what works for one may not work for another, but from my experience, I'm happy with this product.

This supplement is a great way of getting prebiotics without the use of a milky drink. I don't like the yakult/actimel sort of drinks but I do benefit from introducing prebiotics into my diet. That combined with Vitamin D is a great supplement for my needs, and I will continue to purchase.

Easy to swallow and tasteless capsules with probiotics and vitamins. It contains 12- strain of healthy bacteria. It is very good product for gut support treatment and also during antibiotic treatment. It support functioning of bowls and helps keep balance in body microbiome. 30 vegan capsules which is month supple. Its a bit pricy, however it is worth it to try, especially when suffer for IBS or food intolerance.

No one wants to talk about the dreaded downward dog and how hard you hold it in mid class (you know what I mean!) but since I started taking Good Guts, I've had less bloating and less need to hold it in. Finally feeling comfortable and like I can enjoy yoga worry free!
