Food supplement in the form of liquid obtained from wild pelagic fishes (mainly from anchovies) sourced from sustainable fishing practices. Contains essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in the natural highly absorbable form of triglycerides (TG) and vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol.
Our Daily Omega 1600 mg + D3 contains a blend of omega-3 acids and vitamin D. Essential to the normal functioning of your brain, heart and vision, omega-3 acids allow us to keep these important organs in good condition. Omega-3 acids include two main beneficial unsaturated fatty acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which are linked to several different processes within our brain, eyes and heart. Vitamin D, on the other hand, helps our body in the fight against infections supporting our immune system.
As EPA and DHA play such a vital role in our cardiovascular system and neurological well-being, it's important to get the right amounts. While DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and healthy vision, in combination, EPA and DHA also help support the heart's normal function. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, so it's important to get it as well.
As our body doesn't produce omega-3 fatty acids, we need to get them from our diet. You can also supplement omega-3 to gain the important health benefits of these nutrients. Our Daily Omega 1600 mg + D3 provides an effective way of supplementing these fatty acids and also vitamin D. Our fish oil is produced in Norway from wild pelagic fishes, mainly anchovies, sourced from sustainable fishing. Daily Omega also has a natural lemon flavour to give it a great taste.
High in essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, it is in a natural and highly absorbable form of triglycerides (otherwise known as TG), which allows you to get maximum benefit. One teaspoon daily provides 1600 mg of omega-3 acids with a combination of 700 mg EPA, and 600 mg DHA enabling you to care for your brain, heart and vision. Daily dose of our supplement provides you 2000 IU of vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol.
