To gain weight you need to increase your daily food intake with good nutrition. Protein and carbohydrates are the key nutrients in weight gaining and achieving a ‘toned' look. A good daily diet is important and should be supplemented at least 3 times per day with a nutritious drink (between meals). The extra protein and carbohydrate (not fat and refined sugar) will enable your body to gain weight healthily.
Weight Gain is ideal for those with a fast metabolism or lean physique who find it difficult to ‘bulk up' with their normal calorie intake. Most of the energy comes from carbohydrates and protein rather than fat (35% protein, 50% carbs, 4% fat).

Weight Gain Mass Catalyst has been specifically formulated for individuals looking to increase their overall mass.In order to increase muscle mass, you must increase your overall calorie intake to enter a calorie surplus and support muscular gains.Weight Gain Mass Catalyst contains 386 kcal per serving, derived from maltodextrin and microfiltered, highly bioavailable whey protein isolate to support these goals.Low in fat, the formula can be used in and around workouts in addition to between daily meals to support overall calorie intake.It’s also fortified with additional Creatine and BCAAs to further enhance sporting performance and overall recovery efforts from exercise. -

INGREDIENTS: Microfiltered whey protein isolate (milk), maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), natural flavouring. Colour (beetroot red) in the Strawberry flavour only.
Directions For UseHideDirections: Add 5 scoops (100g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a hand blender, Nutrisport shaker, or mix with a fork. You may wish to use milk, this is less nutritionally accurate and less economical than mixing with water. Take this 100g serving 3 or more times per day in addition to your normal meals, especially in between meals and before sleeping.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
