Solgar ® Folate (as Metafolin ®) 400 µg Tablets Pack of 50 is a highly potent B vitamin that supports various bodily processes, including homocysteine metabolism, blood formation, and reducing tiredness and fatigue. It is the body-ready form of folic acid and is crucial for maintaining healthy homocysteine levels, energy levels, and overall well-being. Homocysteine is an amino acid produced in the body from protein breakdown, particularly animal-based protein. To convert homocysteine into the essential amino acid methionine, folate is necessary. Each tablet of Solgar ® Folate (as Metafolin ®) 400 µg contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, blood formation, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function, and immune system function, as well as reducing tiredness and fatigue.
