I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for over a year now and have tried a few different brands. This is the best I’ve tried out of them all. I take 3 capsules a night to hit my recommended intake. Within an hour I can feel my eyes getting heavy. I have always had trouble with falling asleep, but with this I am out like a light. I tried to go without it for a night to see if it made a difference and I was miserable! Will keep coming back for more.

My spouse and I take magnesium glycinate at bedtime for sleep, but we take 400-600 mg, which is not especially affordable with this product. However, the added trace minerals here are beneficial. I experienced a small but noticeable decrease in muscle tension right away, even though I already take mag glycinate without these added minerals. My mood is a little brighter, too. My spouse tried the product, too. Sleep got better, a frequent eye twitch went away, and muscle tension is down (back cracks easier). I fast one day a week. This product is a good magnesium for fasting days, since it has the other trace minerals. Minerals ease a fast and help keep your electrolytes in balance. Minerals are a BIG deal in human health. In modern times it’s difficult to get them, because most drinking water has a lot of **** in it, so you filter it, then the minerals are gone, too. Most crop foods and animals are fed only a few minerals, not the full 60-70 trace minerals. Sodium is isolated from sea salt, so you’re throwing away more minerals. I suspect we will eventually discover dozens of human ailments come from mineral deficiencies and imbalances. Salt cravings may actually be a craving for another mineral that the body expects to get in natural sea salt, but table salt has only sodium. Chocolate and other cravings, as well, can be mineral deficiencies. I’d definitely recommend this product if you can afford it.
