Great potent capsules that are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Recommended dosage is 600mg so at two capsules a day you get 45 days worth which I think is decent value for money. I have noticeable effects when using this supplement so can attest to its quality having used other brands before. Long expiry date and well packaged.

I take these on their own. I used to take them with Aswaganda but proved a little bit heavy on the heart rate. Taken in isolation works fine and a little booster for your training I found.
