As an endurance 'athlete' (recreational), I've been keen to test the benefits of beetroot for quite some time. However, I've always considered beetroot juice a step too far for me as people always say it's pretty awful tasting. So, this powder seemed like a good way to give it a shot! To begin with, the powder is very fine indeed. It's easy to scoop up and mixes very well whether you use a fork/spoon to stir it or (even better) a shaker bottle. Once mixed, you have a drink with a smooth consistency and a strong raspberry smell. It tastes great! I'm not sure I'd choose it over a Pepsi Raspberry, but for a supplement - it's truly one of the best tasting I've had. No weird chemical or earthy aftertastes at all. In terms of effects, it's always hard to tell with these kinds of products. I certainly have felt good during the day and when exercising lately, but it's hard to scientifically say this is because of this supplement. What I can say is that after having researched the ingredients and compared them to what I'd like to boost in my health - I'm satisfied that this is giving me what I need.

This have quite a good ingredients and is pleasant to drink. Perhaps but too sweet for my liking. So far I have not felt any health benefits but it feels good taking this every morning with ice. Lovely colour and tastes like fruit juice that have been diluted by melting ice. Good size tub.

I find it very difficult to comment on the actual health benefits of products like this as it isn't easy to determine what is coming from them specifically. But I do know that beetroot is a superfood that is meant to help with blood pressure and that is something I need to work on, so I thought I would give this a shot. I was concerned that this would be a non-starter for me as I hate the taste of beets but can happily report that this not only tastes palatable, it is downright delicious. It does have a grainy texture and I would recommend continually stirring it as you drink (also take it almost like a glass of medicine, not as a drink as the powder doesn't all disolve and will settle). Assuming the contents are accurate, this is the best way I could think of to eat beetroot every day.

If you are into eating healthy and keeping fit then you will know it's quite time consuming making sure all your food fits your macros and you are getting the right vitamins and minerals. That alone is a task, but if you want to start getting in your superfoods for some extra vitality then things start to get quite expensive and complicated. Having a wide range of superfoods in a tub that you can make a drink with is very convenient and even better that it tastes great. I have been using this for a couple of days now and have enjoyed the flavour, I also feel energized and healthy. Great product overall and very pleased.
