I've been a big believer of pre-workout for awhile and taking them for a long time. However recently I've decided to probably reduce my caffeine intake, especially when I�m working out in the evening. The scoop of this product and I had the lemon flavour which literally taste like liquid lemon, drizzle cake it�s really good One scoop of this about 2030 minutes before the gym. You still get that buzz and boost to get you going for the gym and in the gym, but you don�t get those jitters and the after-effect that caffeine sometimes brings so it�s perfect for taking for an evening workout. I�ll probably still use a caffeine pre-workout when I occasionally work out in the morning, however, with a goal to reduce my caffeine intake over the week, this has been a brilliant product Mick is well I sometimes add a bit of creatinine as well just to get that out the way and they mix well together no issues no lumpiness Weirdly, you might think you�ve ordered the wrong thing when you open it because my lemon flavour was still bright red. However, once you mix it it goes yellow it�s very strange, but like I said above tastes brilliant Would highly recommend this product. I Didn't get the caffeine pre-workout from this range. However I would assume that it would be just as good

I am new to pre-workout powders, so I can't compare these to others but I am very impressed with this brand. The taste is genuinely good - not overpowering or too sweet, just a nice sour cherry flavour. Mixing was easy with no lumps in my electric blender, with about 300ml water. Each tub provides a decent 30 servings and there is a scoop included. Overall, it's a straightforward and effective pre-workout powder, that gave me a buzz from the caffeine.

You can always give it as a gift. I am very happy about it because you can always use it when you need to.

I'd never used a pre-workout product in all the years I've been training prior to receiving this and oh my goodness what a difference this has made. I take this about 20 minutes before weight-training and tend to get a buzz quite soon after taking, with a bit of a tingle in my face. My workouts have without any doubt benefitted from this product and I feel so much more awake and able to push through the reps. On days where I've not taken this, the difference is huge. I am converted!
