I've worked my way through a lot of the Beast Pharm range, and the one thing they're great at is taste - and this is no exception. I've been giving the sour cherry pre-workout a go, and if you're a fan of sweetshop-style sours, then this is amazing. It's a great, sharp, fizzy cheery flavour that is really drinkable (and of course, you can dilute it down further if it's a bit strong). As a pre-workout, it's really effective - the tingle kicks in within 10 mins or so, and another 10 mins later you are buzzing and ready to go. The ingredients list is full of tried-and-tested stuff that just works (Cirtilline Malate, Beta Alanine), as well as a couple of things that I've not seen in pre-supps before, namely juniper and sausage tree. The latter may sound strange, but whatever it is, it works - a dose powers you really well for a lifting session, and there isn't a big crash afterwards. It's quick-acting, tasty and well-formulated - if it's good enough for Eddie Hall, it's good enough for me. A great addition to the Beast Pharm range.

I am new to pre-workout powders, so I can't compare these to others but I am very impressed with this brand. The taste is genuinely good – not overpowering or too sweet, just a nice sour cherry flavour. Mixing was easy with no lumps in my electric blender, with about 300ml water. Each tub provides a decent 30 servings and there is a scoop included. Overall, it's a straightforward and effective pre-workout powder, that gave me a buzz from the caffeine.

I'd never used a pre-workout product in all the years I've been training prior to receiving this and oh my goodness what a difference this has made. I take this about 20 minutes before weight-training and tend to get a buzz quite soon after taking, with a bit of a tingle in my face. My workouts have without any doubt benefitted from this product and I feel so much more awake and able to push through the reps. On days where I've not taken this, the difference is huge. I am converted!

I've only been using this pre workout over the last couple weeks but so far i'm loving this Beast Pharm STIM Pre Workout. I've been using pre workouts on & off for the last 10~12years so i've got to try quite a few over that time however i would say this one from Beast Pharm is easily up the with the best of them. Where most of the pre workout nowadays claim to be around the 300mg of caffeine per serving, some can be very misleading as you only get the 300mg when you double scoop reducing the servings of the tub to half. So it was nice to see that Beast Pharm actually gives you 300mg per scoop so you do get 30x 300mg servings per tub with this one unlike the last few pre workouts i've tried. It gave me a nice energy boost that kept me going throughout my sessions & unlike some pre workouts i've tried in the past i didn't feel super fidgety or jittery after taking it & more importantly i also didn't have a massive crash afterwards either which is always a plus. It mixed up effortlessly in only a couple of shakes with zero lumps & the sour cherry flavour was really nice & not too over powering or too sweet. Overall i've been really happy with this Beast Pharm Stim Pre Workout so far. I've had really good results with it up till now & have found it extremely effective for me. Definitely something i'd recommend to others to try if your after a quality pre workout.

It's definitely my new pre-workout favourite! The flavour is very tasty, easy to mix, of good quality, great value for money, effective and I would like to recommend it.

Just the right amount of stim with this one! Plenty of beta alanine for that tingle and caffeine for the stimulation to get the job done in the gym.
