On opening the pack, I thought it had gone off because it was full of crystals and looked like it was damp damage to protein powder. However it's actually just clumps of sugar, and I'm not sure why that is. So if you saw that too, don't worry. It tastes absolutely incredible, and has a serious bite. Sourness has come through each sip If you dry scoop, this will hurt, it feels incredible flavourful and perhaps overwhelmeling. The flavour balance isn't refined, and for me that's a good thing, because it's just a full punch to wake me up It definitely does what I needed to, it gives me sustained energy boost for my 1 hour workout, on days that I really don't want to go I've got plenty of scoops, and I'll report back if it was just an early on thing, or if it's consistent

I have never really used a pre-workout because I mostly gym in the evenings and dont want to load up on caffeine late at night. I was looking forward to trying this. ** Taste ** Not bad. I got the sour cherry flavour and the pink liquid does taste of (very sweet) cherry but there is a bitter, slightly metalic after taste that isnt entirely pleasant. I have had much worse in the world of supplements though so this is really quite good. ** Energy ** I tested this at a weekend so I was already a bit fresher, but honestly still feeling very lethargic. I took this 20 mins before my workout and I felt like i had more stamina in my workout. I needed less rest between sets and whilst I dont feel like I had more power, I did feel more energized which is all I can ask really. ** Conclusions ** Really like it. The flavour could be a touch better but is really rather good by supplement standards and I will keep using it because i like the extra energy i had. I am curious to try the lemon to see if it has a less bitter after taste

I like this pre. The right amount of caffeine, some are too high and give palpitations but I find that this dose is fine if not used too close to bedtime. I love the beta alanine and there is a decent dose in this, the tingles are present! Although I do add even more thanks to watching too many sulek videos on YouTube. The citrulline malate is also a good size dose and together they will give you the most veiny crazy pumps. The flavour is good the only thing that slightly concerned me was that the product was clumped inside the tub. I had to mash it all back up to get a fine powder. That said it mixed well and dissolved. Never used to like pre but these new breeds make your workout more intense than ever. Happy days.

It's been some 8 years since I've used a pre workout, so I'm not sure if the landscapes changed however this was far more potent than I remembered. It gives you a definite buzz, and mild itchiness which from memory is the beta alanine. Will you suddenly start smashing personal bests? Probably not, what it will do is make sure you get in the gym and give it your all and that consistency is going to get you the PBs. Taste was spot on for me, no trouble getting it down.
