The lemon sherbet flavour was really nice and it's a great way to get your electrolytes and minerals. Mixed fairly easily with water. I'm on a very low carb diet and didn't realise that this was 1.9 carbs per serving and contains maltodextrin so unfortunately this isn't ideal for me but it did also gets the thumbs up from a family member who has found it beneficial to take with him to the gym.

It's far more enjoyable than plain water during extended physical activity yet still light and not overwhelming like sports drinks. Highly recommend.
