So will take some time but I can fell les tired and more powerful after 3 days of taking it .. worth a try .. good value for money

I have this half an hour before my workouts and it certainly gives me the boost I need to lift heavier. I don’t feel more energy as such but I’m much more awake and when I perform each set I feel like I’m going up on most sets rather than stuck at the same weight getting less weights each set. Very easy to drink. I had expected a stronger cranberry taste to be honest, but I’m not too fussed, as I just want to down it and be done with it. The taste is quite neutral and nice, and very easy to consume. I’ll be using this regularly. It recommends every day but I personally take it just before my workouts so it lasts longer. I’d certainly recommend it.

This preworkout is fantastic. For me it's not as much of a stim workout as those that contain caffeine, but it's still a fantastic option especially for those later in the day sessions. It mixed quite well and I let it sit for a bit, however some did accumulate at the bottom of my cup. The taste is delicious, a bit like a squash, didn't have any chemical taste. I drank it through a straw because it made my lips tingle. I'm going to continue using and will likely purchase more in future.

This for me is a great value and tasting pre workout. I only use this before training to give an extra burst of energy and nutrients. A lot of pre workouts cause me to be super itchy but I didn't get that with this which is great. I also really enjoy the lemon flavour. The powder mixes easy and produces a great tasting drink. If looking for something stronger, dedicated pre and post workout supplements would be better. But as a convenient addition to shakes, Big D is a decent all-in-one option.
